The Kansas City Storm Women’s Tackle Football Team will be Sponsoring a Texas Hold‘em Tournament fundraiser at 8:00 p.m. on Saturday March 11, 2006. The tournament will be held at KC Theme Party and Emporium, 2420 Merriam Lane Kansas City, Kansas 66106, located just off I-35 and Lamar.

There is a $40 buy-in with a $20 re-buy within the first hour of tournament play ($30 if you pre-register!). The Grand prize is a $300 Visa Gift card; 2nd Place is a $200 Visa Gift Card and 3rd Place receives a $100 Visa Gift Card. Each table winner will receive a prize and EVERY player will receive a gift. Door prizes will be awarded throughout the evening. Light snacks and a cash bar will also be provided.

Beginners are welcome. From 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. we will have practice hands to teach new players to play the game, click here for the basics.
