Storm brings down WHB-810 Dynasty in 2004 Turkey Bowl !! |

| The
ladies of the KC Storm in conjunction with 97.3 the Planet, took home
the Turkey Bowl trophy Thursday night by beating the undefeated 810am
WHB in the fifth annual Turkey Bowl.
The team battled to a 30-26 end with Storm quarterback AJ Thomas running out the clock after a Storm interception in the end zone to end the final 810 drive. The annual game took place Nov. 18th at Rockhurst High School and benefited Harvesters, Toys for Tots, and the Salvation Army. Kim Kastilahn took away the Most Valuable Player award for her defensive dominance. The KC Storm was grateful for the opportunity to play and thanks Sport Radio 810 and the Planet. |
