A native
New Yorker, born and raised, Ralph Scopo currently works for
Sprint PCS in Network Operations as a Sr. Field Technician servicing
the entire KC-Metro Area. Ralph moved to Kansas after separating
from the US ARMY where he served a distinct role in Task Force
Falcon at Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo. There he worked in Security
Intelligence Operations, supporting the upper echelon command.
His education includes US Army training & school as well
as an Associate Degree in General Studies from Johnson County
Community College. Ralph’s former employment includes
various positions with Sales & An Executive Assistant on
Wall Street.
Sports and
coaching has always played an important part of Ralph’s
life, from playing back up QB in high school to representing
the All Army state side and USAREUR basketball program overseas
as a player and a coach. In addition to his participation and
experience in sports he has also been a five-year representative
for the fundamental sport, summer camp basketball YES I CAN
where he played and assisted in coaching. He has also played
with The Kansas City Jazz Men’s Semi Pro Football Team.
Ralph continually
partakes in sports and is presently active on various team-sporting
activities throughout the KC Metro area. He also expresses a
positive and can do attitude, which has helped him achieve in
life. He currently coaches for The Basehor Linwood School District
for their Football Program.
As one of
the coach’s for the KC Krunch and team statistician he
has used this positive can do attitude to help the players of
the KC Storm and their organization to establish there rank
amongst today’s professional athletes and mark their place
in history. This season he will be embarking on the 2nd season
with the Kansas City Storm as the running backs coach, safeties
coach and will be assisting with the Stats.
Ralph is
very much into sports and music and has been recently married.
He enjoys making mix cd’s, shooting hoops and spending
time with his new family.
