Courtney
Porter is in his 7th year of coaching football. He began in
1997 coaching defensive backs at the University of Missouri
at Rolla. Then coaching running backs at DuPage County Jr. College
for two years where they won the Div I Jr College Central Division
National Title in 2000. After that he spent one year as Defensive
Coordinator for the Sioux City Bandits arena football team.
In 2003 he had his first experience with Women’s Full
Contact Football as the Head Coach for the KC Krunch before
coming to the helm of the Storm.
Courtney
has compiled playing experience from 3 years of high school
football at Hazelwood East in St. Louis, MO, 4 years at the
University of MO at Rolla, 2 years with the Sioux City Attack
and a half season with Chicago Enforcers in the XFL.
Courtney
is a Systems Engineer in his 5th year with Sprint and lives
in Olathe with his 4 year old daughter Cassiopeia.
