the Midwest Division, the OKC Lightning won the South West
Division, The Chattanooga Locomotion earns the title in

The NWFA play offs start on June

the SW Michigan Jags followed by the Mass Mutiny, the Connecticut
Crush and the Pittsburgh Passion. The key games this week
to look for in the North is the Mass Mutiny against the
Connecticut Crush with the loser of this game being eliminated.
If the Connecticut Crush wins by (2) points or less AND
Pittsburgh wins by 30 or more, Pitt wins last playoff seed.
In the Southern Conference The Pensacola
Power is the #1 seed followed by the #2 Chattanooga Locomotion,
the #3 Oklahoma City Lightning and the
#4 Kansas City Krunch. Competing for
wild card slots #5 and #6 are the Nashville Dream, the New
Orleans Blaze, the Asheville Assault, the Alabama Renegades.
the Austin Outlaws and the St. Louis Slam. The key game
to watch this weekend in the Southern Conference is the
New Orleans Blaze at the Alabama Renegades. If Blaze wins,
the last four get eliminated from playoffs and the Blaze
will take playoff seed #6.
"This year our world championship
game will be held at the incredible Papa John's Cardinal
Stadium at the University of Louisville. Most teams and
leagues play at high school venues so this is going to be
a huge step up for our players and league. We didn't think
we could do much better than Vanderbilt University where
we held the event last year. This Papa John's Cardinal stadium
was built on a few years ago to the tune of 68 million dollars
and it is a simply unbelievable venue for this game and
a wonderful place to showcase women's football, " states
league CEO, Catherine Masters. Tickets are on sale at ticketmaster.com
or at the Papa John's Cardinal Stadium ticket office.
